OK...another 2 days have gone by. Where does the time go? We are officially half way through our amazing experience. Our Hvaler hosts are just flat out awesome. We have had an action packed couple of days. Yesterday, we took a liner out amongst the many islands that make up Hvaler. We hiked and then ate lunch on the shore of one the largest of the islands. There were no cars allowed, so these islands have homes that are quiet and peaceful with little distraction. Just nature at its best. After our island tour, we had a presentation at the National Park Museum in Hvaler. The national park here is actually a marine national park, one of only a handful in the world. At the end of the day, we had another amazing meal at one of our host homes. Today, the team did separate activities. I have yet to speak with everyone, but the boys got to golf this morning at the golf course in Hvaler, which was beauuuutiful. After this, my host took me to see the local Fotball team in Fredrikstad play to a 0-0 tie. I think I may be turning in to a soccer hooligan. Tomorrow's schedule is jam packed with our presentation rounding out the day. I hope to post to or row if I'm not too tired after the presentation. If not, I will talk to you all soon.
