Hello Sportscampers! Today was a busy one. The team split up for our vocational day in Råde/Rygge. Gina and I toured a high school, with Gina spending time in a special needs classroom and me spending some time in an English Social Studies classroom. I again got to teach a class. It was pretty great. Afterwards, we were able to tour the American College in Norway, which is unique in that students spend one year there and then head to the US for school. US students also spend a semester over in Norway as part of the exchange. Jackie spent time at the local newspaper in Moss, Jim spenttime at an accounting firm and Ryan audited all of Norway. Just kidding. Only part. Big Mac spent time at the DaVinci/Sand bridge that is part of our logo and confirmed that the bridge actually is in Norway! After this action packed day, we the had our Rotary meeting with the combined Rygge/Råde clubs. They had a cake with our picture on it! We had an excellent day. Tomorrow we will be in Oslo for the Constitution day. It will be a spectacle. We are really looking forward to it. At any rate, things are great. Our hosts are awesome and we are so busy we don't even know what day it is. It's hard to believe we will be coming home in 10 days. As usual, some pics will follow. Ha det bra!
